  3. Is every participant required to raise funds?
The only financial requirement is the registration fee. The main purpose for the event, however, is to raise funds for literacy to support the work of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County. Therefore, every participant is highly encouraged to raise funds. Through the Literacy Coalition’s online Team Registration section there is an online Participant Center that offers useful tips for sending emails and social network notices to your friends and family members. All funds raised will be tax deductible to the full extent the law allows.
